Open Positions
We’re currently hiring for the following roles:
Framing Team Lead
- Reports to: Operations Director
- Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Operations Director and team members to ensure the correct Structural Insulated Panels are produced. Work with the QC Lead to maintain quality standards and manage team schedules.
Plumbing Team Lead
- Reports to: Operations Director
- Responsibilities: Oversee the production of Structural Insulated Panels, ensuring quality and efficiency. Coordinate with the QC Lead and manage team schedules.
Electrical Team Lead
- Reports to: Operations Director
- Responsibilities: Lead the production of Structural Insulated Panels, ensuring quality and efficiency. Coordinate with the QC Lead and manage team schedules.
Quality Control Lead
- Reports to: Operations Director
- Responsibilities: Ensure the correct Structural Insulated Panels are produced, maintain QC records, and coordinate with facilities staff to resolve any quality issues.
Custodial Lead
- Reports to: Facilities Director
- Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with EPA and OSHA protocols, manage the custodial team, and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
Network Coordinator Lead
- Reports to: Facilities Director
- Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Operations Director and team members to ensure the correct Structural Insulated Panels are produced. Manage team schedules and ensure quality standards are met.
Receiving Lead
- Reports to: Purchasing/Receiving Director
- Responsibilities: Inspect and inventory incoming parcels, complete monthly raw material audits, and ensure proper storage of materials in compliance with OSHA and EPA policies.
Shipping Lead
- Reports to: Purchasing/Receiving Director
- Responsibilities: Inspect and package outgoing parcels, complete monthly finished goods audits, and coordinate with the QC Lead on any defects.
Custodian
- Reports to: Custodial Lead
- Responsibilities: Maintain OSHA and EPA protocols, ensure facility cleanliness, and uphold a professional appearance.
Team Member
- Reports to: Team Lead
- Responsibilities: Assemble, clean, and package Structural Insulated Panels as part of a collaborative team.
